Currently, Jody Turin is President and CEO for Turin &
Company, a management consulting practice. Best
known for her ability to develop strategy, build a
successful team and execute the plan to obtain strong
business results, she advises clients in business and
marketing strategy, change management, marketing
communications, and operational excellence.
Previously, she held senior leadership positions at
Owens Corning and BP, formerly Amoco Oil Company.
Her business experience spans multiple industries
such as automotive, thermoplastics, building materials,
residential services and energy.

In 2008, Jody attended her first Challenge Day at St.
Joseph's School, Sylvania, Ohio. Establishing personal
one-on-one relationships between students by
eliminating the barriers that artificially create walls
between people is a significant step forward in creating
the schools of our dreams. Immediately, she saw how
the event with ongoing support from faculty,
administration and parents will lead to creating the
classroom environment that today's urban and
suburban youth need. Since that event, in a consulting
engagement, she facilitated the Northwest Ohio Circle
of Change's strategic planning process in the summer
2008. The outcome has been greater clarity on goals
tied to the mission, and a plan to create a broader
foundation for collaboration and growth to serve the
Toledo-metropolitan area schools and community.

Jody holds a Masters degree from the University of
Illinois, Chicago in Chemical Engineering and a
Masters in Business Administration from the University
of Michigan. Jody has held leadership roles in
numerous non-profit and professional associations
including the Junior League of Toledo, Delta Delta
Delta, Society of Women Engineers and American
Institute of Chemical Engineers. She is passionate
about making a difference for our teens in Northwest
Ohio by leveraging her talents in carrying forward the
Challenge Day vision. Currently, Jody is
Vice-President, for the Board of Directors, NW Ohio
Circle.
