Dawn Taylor
President
Having graduated from the University of Toledo with a degree in
social work, Dawn spent her professional career working with
youth and children in the Toledo area. She has overseen
programs through the YWCA, Head Start, and worked as a social
worker in the public school system as well as a youth pastor.
She became involved with Challenge Day through her "sister of
the heart" Amy Clark, who introduced her to the possibilities of
the program. Her passion for seeing people come to a healing in
their hearts was first taught to her by her husband, refined by God
and seen in miracles everyday through Challenge Days. Dawn
lives in Bedford, Michigan with her husband Shawn and their four
children.

If you really knew me…

You'd know I am capable of much more than I realize.
You would know I am married to the most amazing man I've ever
known and that he is responsible for my deep relationship w/God
You would know that my favorite sound is my son's laughter.I
have three amazing children that my husband brought into our
marriage who I love like my own. That every time I go
ANYWHERE…someone thinks I'm Amy Clark and comes up to
talk to me and inevitably asks about Kerry, Robby, Mitch or
Matthew. And…you would know that I really don't mind because
the truth is they're my family in my heart and Amy truly is my
sister. If you really knew me you'd know my past was full of bad
relationships, too much drinking to medicate the pain and years
of trying to plug the holes in my heart. That I absolutely love the
Mexican culture and listen to their music, eat their food and love
their dances. That I'm old school through and through. That my
family has got my back all the time and they make me belly
laugh constantly. You would know that I am exactly where I'm
supposed to be.
